A friendly welcome awaits you on our small working croft where we keep highland cows, native breeds of sheep, hens and ducks. Escape from today's hectic lifestyle and relax in the cosy atmosphere by the wood burning stove. The house is a new purpose built self catering farmhouse, with four bedrooms, three bathroom, lounge, dining room and modern kitchen, overlooking our fields and moor land with views of Ben more. It has oil central heating, double glazing, TV, dishwasher, electric cooker, washing machine, tumble dryer and many more modern appliances.


Na Croitean is in an idyllic rural setting 3/4 of a mile from the small village of Bunessan on the Uisken road. The village has two general grocers and paper shops, a pub, a small restaurant and a Historical centre. The Uisken road leads to stunning white sandy beaches only 1 1/2 miles away, where seals, otters and sea birds can be seen. Watch red deer, wildlife and birds of prey from the windows as you see the sunset over our hayfields. A peaceful place to unwind.

Na Croitean is a luxury, modern, four bedroom, newly, purpose built self catering farmhouse on the beautiful Ross of Mull. It has all modern facilities in a traditional style. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, dressing room and an en-suite. There is another twin bedroom and the main bathroom upstairs. On the groundfloor there is a further double and twin bedroom, a shower room, lounge with its cosy wood burning stove, modern fitted kitchen and dining room with French windows opening onto the garden. The house is fully fitted with oil central heating, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, TV, large fridge freezer, modern electric cooker, microwave and many other modern appliances.


The Isle of Mull is the second largest of the inner Hebridean islands. It is a wonderful wild place with stunning mountain scenery and dramatic coastline, the house has views of Ben More, Mulls higest mountain at 3169ft. The island is a haven for wildlife with over 250 species of birds, including golden and white tailed Eagles, Otters and Deer can be seen from the windows. Admire the dramatic coast line from one of the boat trips while you see the marine life including dolphins, whales, porpoises, seals, puffins and much more.
We are only five miles from the ferry to the spiritual island of Iona where Columba established a monastery in the 6th Century to bring Christianity to the Scots and the Picts. It has a beautifully restored Abbey which is still in daily use, nunner ruins, and an incredible collection of carved stones and crosses. Listen for the corncrakes while taking in the beautiful white sandy beaches and crystal clear blue sea. The ferries also run to the inspirational island of Staffa with its stunning basalt columns, Fingals cave and Puffins.
Experience the slower pace of island life from the house which is idyllically situated in a rural setting on our traditional small working croft, in moor land overlooking the hayfield. We have five highland cows with calves, Hebridean and Scots blackface sheep, with lambs in spring, hens and ducks, with chicks and ducklings. Roger is a fisherman working a small boat from Uisken bay fishing lobster pots for crabs and lobster.


Bunessan village is only 3/4 of a mile away with two shops stocking just about everything, a pub, a small restaurant, doctors surgery and the Ross of Mull historical centre. One mile down the Uisken Road there are stunning white sandy beaches where otters, seals and sea birds can be seen. Discover the wild flowers and song birds as you explore in the peaceful atmosphere. Red Deer, wildlife and birds of prey can be seen while you relax and unwind in the comfort of this modern well equipped house. Enjoy the sunset over the hayfield from the westerly facing lounge. A warm and friendly welcome is waiting for you.
