Kirklea is found up a short drive off the A98 Fraserburgh - Banff road, approximately 5 miles from Fraserburgh. It is a detached, two storey Victorian house, set in its own grounds, with a garden area both at the front and the back. There is ample parking space for several cars. The ground floor has 4 rooms, a well equipped kitchen, a large utility room, a sitting room and a dining room. There is a parquet floored entrance hall, leading to the front garden. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, one double, one twin and a smaller twin bedded room. The bathroom which is fitted with a bath and shower is also on the first floor. Kirklea has full central heating and is fully carpeted to a high standard. Kitchen equipment includes a washing machine and drier, dish washer, fridge, large freezer, a 4 ring hob and an eye level double oven. There is a TV in the kitchen and a TV & VCR in the sitting room.

Both properties are ideally situated to visit the beautiful sandy beach of Fraserburgh and the picturesque fishing villages around the coast.

There are several golf courses within easy driving distance of the house and there are many wonderful tourist attractions to visit in the area.
