Road Directions
From Perth: A90 east to Dundee, then signs to A92 Arbroath. After passing under railway bridge (now in Arbroath), pass white tower on the right, straight on at small roundabout, then first right. Reach harbour in 100metres, turn right into Shore. No.8 is a red wooden door - open this (unlocked) go through door at end of short corridor, and up two (easy) flights of stairs to dark blue door of No.8.From Aberdeen: south A90 to Brechin, follow signs to Arbroath (A933). At roundabout in Arbroath, right towards Dundee (A92), straight on at next roundabout: After 3rd sets traffic lights turn left and follow as at 'Reach' above.

From the nearest information centre:- Coaches can be used direct to Arbroath Bus station. Getting there by railway:- From Edinburgh, Glasgow or Aberdeen, main line to Arbroath - most trains stop there, but not all. If not taking a taxi - easiest - go left out of front of station, walk down to a T-junction. Turn right, then after 50mtrs, turn left into East Mary Street. After 150mtrs, go straight over roundabout to harbour. Turn left into Shore. No.8 is a red wooden door about 50mtrs on the left - open this (unlocked) go through door at end of short corridor, and up two (easy) flights of stairs to dark blue door of No.8.

Getting there by aeroplane:- From Edinburgh, Glasgow, Prestwick, Aberdeen, Dundee, I suggest go to city centre and then train as 'By Rail'. At Dundee Airport, you could hire a car from Dundee in advance, with the keys being left at airport reception for you. (Dundee Avis - outwith UK +441382) in UK 01738 818313; with same pre-fix, National 224037; and Hertz, 223711.
