Apartment 1 is suituated in the top 2 floors of the property with its own entrance and a great layout, kitchen with dining area and living room on 1st floor, bathroom on the landing and further up the stairs are 2 good sized bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin. The living room also has a double sofa bed which is available for use.

Ample off street parking outside the property.

Apartment 1B is situated in the ground floor of the property with its own entrance and outside sitting area, it is ideal for a single person or couple but also has a double sofa bed so can sleep up to 4 persons.
