    Oakfield Cottage is a well established self catering property. It has an ideal location in the lovely town of Tobermory. Guests can expect a warm personal welcome from Jean & Alasdair Maclean who own the property.

    Oakfield Cottage (established in 1996) is a conversion of part of a large Victorian house situated in upper Tobermory. The location is in a quiet area close to the golf course and within easy distance of the main street and all the local amenities. Guests have use of the large garden which has picnic tables, garden seats and a play area. Views from the garden are towards Calve Island in Tobermory Bay and the Sound of Mull. Oakfield Cottage is very comfortable and well equipped to accommodate 4/5 people. No pets are allowed in the cottage and / or the grounds.

    Getting there by aeroplane:- From Glasgow Airport by car on M898 to Erskine Bridge then A82 to tyndrum and A85 to Oban. Ferry from Oban to Craignure on the Isle of Mull followed by 22 mile drive to Tobermory on A849/A848. Map provided for guests.

    Getting there by ferry:- From Oban to Craignure on the Island of Mull, 22 mile drive along coastal route to Tobermory. Map of town provided for guests. Also from Lochaline Ferry on the north of the Sound of Mull followed by20 minute drive to Tobermory. map of Tobermory supplied to guests.
