Briarhill Court is a beautifully appointed ground floor flat comprising of a living room with a leather suite including recliner chair, colour TV, video, occasional furnishings and ornaments and a large window facing to the front of the building with sun in the afternoon and evening.

Shawfarm Court is a modern ground floor flat in private residential development with private parking. Suitable for those less able to get around due to its ground floor location and parking facilities.

Shawfarm Place apartment is one of our newest and most spacious properties, with a living room, two bedrooms (one double and one twin), fitted kitchen with washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster etc, bathroom with shower and private parking in the courtyard to the rear.

Kyle Street property comprises of one double bedroom with fitted mirrored wardrobes, living room with fold-up bed if required. Colour TV. Bathroom with 3-piece suite and shower. Fitted kitchen with cooker, oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, etc.

Acorn Cottage is a sunny, ground floor cottage situated to the rear of our own home and is only a few minutes walk to the Prestwick Main Street. This property consists of a double bedroom and a single bedroom - each opening en-suite to the fully tilled bathroom. Additional guests can be accommodated in the double sized bed settee in the living room area.

Kings Meadow Estate is a modern mid terraced house is situated in a lovely mature estate which combines all that is best for a quiet life but allied to the convenience of facilities such as shops, eating places, leisure attractions and Centrum Arena.

Prestwick is a quiet and residential town yet it is an ideal location for local transport including buses, Prestwick Railway Station and of course Prestwick International Airport. Prestwick's Main Street has many shops and restaurants and a few minutes further on takes you down past the railway station and onto the beach and promenade. Prestwick International Airport is a few minutes by car as are Ayr and Troon town centre's and local golf courses.
