Set within the beautiful Fife coastal area known as the East Neuk, with only a 15 minute drive to St Andrews, the Old Manor Hotel enjoys a commanding hilltop position, with panoramic views over Lundin Golf Course and the Firth of Forth.

The Old Manor Hotel is long established in the East Neuk of Fife as a central location for visitors to the area, whether for visiting the historic old town of St Andrews, the numerous charming coastal towns and villages nearby, or the many other excellent tourist attractions in the area.
In addition, the area boasts some of the most magnificent golf courses around, to suit all abilities and budgets, whilst other leisure activities include the Fife Coastal Path (which runs in front of the hotel, stretching round the coast from Lundin Links to St Andrews!). The area is also well known for its lovely clean beaches.
The hotel has 23 ensuite rooms, many with lovely sea views, with dining options including the Seaview Restaurant (beautiful views!), offering the very best of fresh local produce, and the newly re-opened Saddler's Grill - ever popular with locals and passers by alike. For a special occasion/ event, private dining is available in the Aithernie Room.
Our Lundie and Largo Suites, with are serviced by their own private bar, provide an excellent and popular setting for weddings and other functions, whatever size of party. Civil and religious ceremonies can take place within the hotel, likewise the hotel grounds, with their stunning backdrop, are ideal for taking photographs. Ample parking is provided on site.
