Old Point

Quiet secluded modernised one roomed traditional stone cottage with woodburning stove and built in box bed. 5 metres from the sea looking south over Scapa Flow with stunning views and the Hoy hills in the distance.

Old Point is a fully modernised one roomed cottage. It has a welcoming wood burning stove, a galley kitchen with all you need and a built in box bed (snuggle in to the cosy sleeping space, surrounded on 3 sides by walls, with access on the 4th side.) There is a separate shower room.

The low original door opens onto a narrow lawned area and then, there is the sea.

Access to the shore via a steep 3metre slope.

Stunning views of Scapa Flow to the south with the Hoy hills in the distance.

Otters and whales have been seen but are very rare.

Very peaceful, tranquil, secluded location.

Although compact, it has all the amenities needed.
