The former railway station house at the old Bridge of Dee Station has been converted to provide high class accommodation and comfort for our guests. Situated 3 miles west of the beautiful market town of Castle Douglas the property is very easily located off the north side of the A75 opposite the village of Bridge of Dee.
The property enjoys a stunning location and panoramic outlook over the local countryside.
It is ideally situated for exploring the local area. Dumfries & Galloway is famous for its scenery, mountains, lochs & coastline. Local activities include Golf, Sailing,Fishing, Hillwalking, Mountainbiking or just relaxing.
There are a few features remaining from the old station including the entry tunnel and sandstone platform. In the garden there is also a 1957 railway carriage on track.
