The bright and modern kitchen is fully equipped with electric cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and condenser drier. Each of the two double bedrooms offer king-size beds, (one of which can be split into two singles of 2'6" each), as well as a TV, hairdryer and en suite facilities with shower-over baths . Off-street car parking for two cars will allow complete peace of mind. A lock-up garage offers secure space for bikes, canoes, fishing rods and golf clubs, etc.. The garage also has a chest freezer for storing large fish, and drying facilities

Close-by, there are superb walks from gentle ambles to treks in nearby Drumlanrig Woods and Ae Forest, thrilling cycle trails at the world-class 7stanes mountain biking centres, sailing and water skiing at Loch Ken, and golfers can test their skills at the challenging 18-hole Thornhill Golf Course. River fishing for salmon, sea trout, and grayling is available in the very adjacent River Nith. There are lochs on the Drumlanrig estate for trout and coarse fishing.
