Welcome to Oran-Na-Mara the true experience of Scottish Hospitality
Welcome to Oran-Na-Mara.... Failte!
Oran~Na~Mara was built in 2005 by the Scots owners Callum and Jackie and offers stunning views over Loch Na Laithaic (Bunessan Bay)
Our four star rating assures comfort and attention to detail, our aim being to ensure your stay will be as relaxing and pleasurable as possible. Our Scottish hospitality is second to none.
We are ideally situated for wildlife spotting (even from our windows!), walking, cycling, painting and of course trips to Iona, Staffa and the Treshnish Islands. We will be happy to advise you on any trips you may wish to take and can make any arrangements required on your behalf.
Our breakfasts are delicious and will satisfy those with gargantuan appetites as well as light eaters. Our menu is full of choice and for the carnivore we offer our own homemade sausages, both venison and pork ,world famous MacLeods of Stornoway Blackpudding and Ramsays award winning haggis.
As weather on Mull can be unpredictable, our public rooms are available to guests during the day where you will find books, games and jigsaws to while away the time and when it's cold, you can cosy up to our woodburning stove.
As the emphasis at Oran~Na~Mara is on peace and tranquility we regret that we do not take children or allow dogs in the house.
Please browse our web site for further information, view our home and Visitors' Book to appreciate what you will experience on your visit.
We look forward to greeting you on the beautiful Island of Mull
