Orwin House is a family run Bed & Breakfast in Brodick on the Isle of Arran "Scotland in Miniature". We are ideally situated for walkers, cyclists and golfers. Orwin House B&B overlooks Brodick Golf Course and out over Brodick Bay and it's sandy beaches, with the majestic Goatfell Summit only 4 miles to the north and Brodick village centre only 0.5 mile to the south with it's bars, restaurants, Golf course and Supermarket. There is a bus stop right outside the door so you really can unwind and leave the car behind and adventure on foot or bike.

Our accommodation is warm, friendly and relaxing we have four rooms three en-suite and one with private bathroom. The three en-suite rooms can be either double or twin rooms depending on guests' requirements and all rooms have HD ready digital televisions & DVD players, Free WiFi access, hairdryers & tea & coffee making facilities. We offer drying facilities for walkers & cyclists and covered secure storage for cycles. Cooked Breakfasts with cereal and yoghurt to start the day and packed lunches and evening meals can be provided on request. We welcome everyone to try a little bit of Arran.
