Park Of Brandedleys Holiday Park

Overview

Awarded a prestigious VisitScotland Thistle Award, and winner of AA Campsite of the Year 2007 for Scotland, the Park of Brandedleys is popular with touring caravanners and campers alike.

Set within 24 acres of idyllic Dumfries & Galloway countryside, overlooking the charming village of Crocketford, the glistening Auchenreoch Loch and the rolling foothills beyond, the park offers the perfect place for relaxing escape or an adventurous break.Whether you are touring or camping, looking for a luxury holiday home to hire or buy, or would like to invest in an impressive lodge for your future leisure time, the park has exactly what you are looking for. All of the pitches for touring caravans, motorhomes and campers have electrical connections provided, whilst the premier pitches also include hard standings and waterpoints. Alternatively, stay in one of Brandedleys modern two- or three-bedroom holiday homes which are available in either Luxury or Premier specifications.

The park's fantastic facilities include an indoor swimming pool, children's recreation area, a bar and an excellent brasserie restaurant.

There are a wealth of things to do and places to see right on the park's doorstep. Enjoy a great family day out meeting the animals and racing dirt buggies at Mabie Farm or visit the magnificent Caerlaverock and Drumlanrig castles. Spend days exploring the 7stanes mountain biking centre and walking trails of Britain's largest forest park, the Galloway Forest Park, or if you fancy testing your game on the region's fairways there are numerous 9- and 18-hole courses within a short drive of Brandedleys, including a challenging 18-hole at Brighouse and a championship 18-hole links course at Southerness. The region's lochs and coastline also provide a paradise for fisherman and watersports enthusiasts with sailing, kayaking, windsurfing and waterskiing.
