Nestling at the foot of the Pentland Hills, half a mile from the historic weavers' village of Carlops, Peggyslea Farm Bed and Breakfast is the Ideal location to experience Midlothian and all the delights of Edinburgh, 10 miles to the North East.

The beautiful historic Rosslyn Chapel (as featured in the Da Vinci Code) is just 5 miles away and Peggyslea Farm is the perfect base forwonderful sightseeing, walking, cycling, horse riding and shopping.

Newly built in 2007 and furnished to an extremely high standard, Peggyslea Farm's luxurious accommodation offers five spacious suites with breathtaking views across the rolling Moorfoot Hills and is a quiet retreat after a hectic day on the hills or in the city.

Each suite features a seating area, 34" flat screen TV with en-suite bathrooms with baths and separate showers, one of which has been created specifically to cater for disabled guests. Accommodation is completely separate from the owners' and is accessed through a private entrance.

There is also stabling for up to six horses and an illuminated paddock with professional riding surface.

In addition to high quality fabrics and furnishing each modern contemporary roomis superbly equipped:

Two kingsize/family rooms with en-suite bathroom with separate shower.

Three twin/family rooms with en-suite bathroom and separate shower.
