The flat, a B listed historic building with all modern conveniences, double glazed sash windows and high ceilings, is furnished to a high standard and comfortably sleeps up to 4.
The spacious main bedroom has a 5ft bed and faces towards the city centre. The twin bedroom overlooks the River Tay. Both bedrooms have fully fitted wardrobes with mirrored glass doors, chests of drawers and bedding of a high quality.
The fully tiled bathroom has a bath and integral power shower with towels from the White Company.
The bright, well-appointed, galley kitchen has a dishwasher, washer/drier, microwave, fridge/freezer as well as the usual kitchen equipment.
The spacious lounge/diner, which overlooks the River Tay, is elegantly furnished with two leather settees and a dining table which can accommodate 4 people. There is a TV/DVD player with the normal Freeview channels, a CD player, free wi-fi and the accommodation benefits from gas-fired central heating to ensure an enjoyable and relaxing stay whatever the season.
There is metered parking available within a short walk of the flat (2 minutes). Parking outside the flat is available free after 6pm and before 8am daily and all day Sunday.
The flat is managed by the owner to ensure a warm welcome to the fair City of Perth. The accommodation is available all year round.
