    Perthshire Views Holiday Lets, offers Tay Views a delightful, luxurious two bedroom 1st floor flat with stunning views over the River Tay and across to Kinnoull Hill. The flat is centrally located with easy walking access to the city centre.

    The flat is centrally located with easy walking access to the variety of shops, restaurants, art galleries and the theatre in Perth city centre. The bus and railway stations are also close by.

    The flat, a B listed historic building with all modern conveniences, double glazed sash windows and high ceilings, is furnished to a high standard and comfortably sleeps up to 4.


    The spacious main bedroom has a 5ft bed and faces towards the city centre. The twin bedroom overlooks the River Tay. Both bedrooms have fully fitted wardrobes with mirrored glass doors, chests of drawers and bedding of a high quality.


    The fully tiled bathroom has a bath and integral power shower with towels from the White Company.


    The bright, well-appointed, galley kitchen has a dishwasher, washer/drier, microwave, fridge/freezer as well as the usual kitchen equipment.


    The spacious lounge/diner, which overlooks the River Tay, is elegantly furnished with two leather settees and a dining table which can accommodate 4 people. There is a TV/DVD player with the normal Freeview channels, a CD player, free wi-fi and the accommodation benefits from gas-fired central heating to ensure an enjoyable and relaxing stay whatever the season.


    There is metered parking available within a short walk of the flat (2 minutes). Parking outside the flat is available free after 6pm and before 8am daily and all day Sunday.


    The flat is managed by the owner to ensure a warm welcome to the fair City of Perth. The accommodation is available all year round.

    Road Directions


    Driving from Dundee/East. Take the A90 to the M90 but do not join the M90 leave by the slip road and take the A85 to Perth. Travel for 1.3 miles and cross the River Tay taking the A93. Once over the bridge turn left onto Tay Street (A989) . Turn right at the first set of lights, drive past the parking areas and turn righ again at the first set of lights. Turn right once again heading back towards the river. Turn left onto Tay Street and 44 is on your left.


    Driving from Glasgow/South West. Follow signs for Stirling along the A80, then M80 and finally the M9. Travel along the A9 to the outskirts of Perth and at the Broxden roundabout take the second exit onto the A93. Keep straight on this road and continue for 2 miles until you reach Perth town centre. Carry on straight until you reach the river. Do not go over the river but turn left at the lights and 44 is on your left.



    Driving from Edinburgh/South East. Cross the Forth Road Bridge and take the M90 north. Exit the M90 at Junction 10, and join the A912 heading for Perth. Follow the A912 into Perth until you are past the parklands and you arrive at a junction where you take the right turn along the A989. 100m turn left at the mini roundabout and you are on Tay street. 44 is on your left just after the 2nd set of lights.


    Driving from the North. Approach Perth via the A9. On reaching the outskirts of Perth, at the large roundabout take the first exit onto the A912. Continue straight across at the next four roundabouts until you each Perth town centre. At the junction turn left onto the ring road and continue on this road along the river (without crossing the river) until you pass the large Church on the right. 44 is just after the church on your right.




    Public Transport Directions

    Directions from Bus and Train Station, a 10 minute walk. On exiting the bus station turn left, past the train station and under the railway bridge carry straight on. At the end of the road turn left under the railway bridge and go past the second set of lights, 44 is just past these lights.
