Pier View

Overview

The accommodation, which is situated close to the historic harbour, offers spectacular, panoramic and ever changing sea views over the Firth of Forth and provides everything required for very relaxing holiday.

Pittenweem, famous for its art festival every August, is a good base from which to explore the East Neuk of Fife, and is only 15 minutes by car from the historic town of St.Andrews, famous as the home of golf. The property lies close to the coastal footpath and there are many golf courses nearby. Pier View has been recently renovated and provides a decor which is contemporary and bright. The key feature of the property is the stunning sea view which it provides over the Firth of Forth.

The accommodation is arranged over two floors. On the first floor there is a double bedroom with TV, DVD and Freeview, and an en-suite shower room, a well equipped utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, drying screen and ironing facilities. At the back of the house is a well-equipped kitchen-diner containing a large dining table, fridge freezer, ceramic hob, fan oven, integrated dishwasher and microwave, and with a door leading out to a sheltered balcony from which one can enjoy al fresco dining and fully appreciate the uninterrupted, panoramic view over the Forth - from the golf course in Anstruther all the way to the historic pier in Pittenweem harbour - from which the property takes its name.

The top floor offers a stunning living room with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the Firth of Forth, from which to enjoy watching the fishing boats which sail from the harbour nearby. This upper floor also contains a twin bedroom, with ample storage, and a large bathroom with a bath and electric shower.

Linen, towels and a welcome pack are provided and wi-fi is available throughout the accommodation. There is also a telephone availableto make local calls. Parking is on the street outside the property
