In a south facing, coastal location with magnificent views over the Summer Isles, this modern, self contained, extension of a traditional croft house is in its own garden with private parking.
Readily accessible with level entrance, spacious interiors, well insulated and warm, it may be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Ideally situated for both the energetic, with good rambling, hill walking, sea and loch fishing,cycling,canoeing,sailing and birdwatching and those who prefer to relax, take in the scenery, chill out and watch the sun go down over the islands.
1/4 mile from well stocked village store, 2 miles from hotel, public house and community hall with regular ceilidhs, dances and entertainment during the summer months.
Double room and twin on 1st floor, bed available on ground floor. Modern fitted kitchen, electric cooker, washer dryer, fridge, microwave, lounge with TV, radio, CD, tape player. Electric heating with "Total Control".
