Port Charlotte Hall

Overview

Built in 1832, Port Charlotte Hall was the village school and subsequently the Village Hall. It has now been sympathetically restored and transformed into three separate luxury holiday apartments with separate enclosed private gardens to the rear. Off street parking is provided. We have also two purpose built holiday cottages adjacent to the hall.

1.Saligo Apartment

Saligo apartment is a four-bedroom luxury apartment which can accommodate 8 people comfortably. It comprises a living room, dining room, kitchen, twin bedroom and family bathroom on the ground floor, with three double bedrooms on the upper floors. All bedrooms are en-suite. There is a separate enclosed garden at the rear of the hall.

2.Kilchoman Apartment

Kilchoman Apartment is an open plan luxury apartment over two levels featuring a large living/dining area, kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor.

The upper floor comprises a bright double gallery bedroom complete with en-suite. The apartment is most suited to the single traveller or a couple.

3.Ardnave Apartment

Ardnave apartment is a four-bedroom luxury apartment over two floors which can accommodate 8 people comfortably.

The lower floor comprises an open plan living/dining/kitchen area with two twin bedrooms and a family bathroom. The upper floor comprises the master bedroom to the rear and a gallery bedroom which overlooks the living area.



Accommodation

Each apartment has its own entrance and is distinct from the others. Each has its own separate enclosed garden at the rear of the building adjacent to the private parking area.

The following are standard in all 3 apartments: -

1.All bedrooms are en-suite with built-in wardrobes.

2.Central Heating and Double Glazing in all rooms.

3.Each apartment has a family bathroom.

4.Fridge Freezer

5.Dishwasher.

6.Washer/Dryer.

7.Microwave Oven.

8.Television and DVD Player.

9.CD Player.

10.Bedding and Towels provided, but not beach towels.
