    Portnellan are award-winning, 4 and 5 star self-catering properties for rent and for sale, sleeping 1 to 10 people. Features include fitted kitchens and en-suite 4 piece bathrooms – some even have sauna and spa bath. They are equipped with LCD TVs, DVD, some even have full SKY package, Blu Ray DVD and Nintendo Wii. WiFi is available throughout.

    There are many activities onsite to enjoy including free use of rowing boats, Canadian canoes and 5 miles of loch and river fishing. Also available are mountain bikes, BBQ facilities, clay and target shooting. In addition there is an on site visitor centre with a small essentials shop, fresh organic meat (perfect for BBQing or home cooking), local information, board games and DVDs.

    Portnellan has 'Certificate of Excellence for 2014' from Tripadvisor for the fourth year running with over 130 reviews from guests. We also hold an overall rating of 8.7 out of 10 by Zoover.

    Portnellan is to be found just outside the scenic village of Crianlarich, and offers stunning loch and mountain views within a spectacular, private Highland estate. It has a fantastic central location, and is ideal for touring and visiting many Scottish attractions.

    There are fantastic hill walking opportunities in the area, within a 10 mile radius there are 40 munros, superb hill running and first class cycling.

    Public Transport Directions

    From the nearest information centre:- From Tyndrum take direction east towards Crianlarich, at village keep straight on towards Stirling and after 1.5 miles (3Km) Portnellan is on the right.

    Getting there by railway:- From Crianlarich station go down hill to centre of village (shop, church, pub), this is the A85, turn right direction Stirling, Portnellan is 1.5 miles (3Km) out of village on right side.

    Getting there by aeroplane:

    From Glasgow Airport take the M8 direction Erskine Bridge and Loch Lomond. Cross the bridge and follow A82 Loch Lomond / Crianlarich. After about 1 hour you reach the T junction in Crianlarich, turn right direction A85 Stirling. After 2 miles Portnellan is on the right.

    From Edinburgh Airport take the M90 direction Stiling. Exit junction 10 signposted Crianlarich. Continue on the A84/A85 through Dounce, Calander, Strathyre,
