Arriving at Rothesay, a few steps from the pier takes you to taxi rank, bus terminal and right into the heart of this lovely town dominated by its medieval castle overlooking the square and bustling harbour.
Prospect House is situated within its own grounds with private parking, on the sea front and commanding magnificent views across the bay. The complex stands one mile between Rothesay, the capital town, and Port Bannatyne, formerly a fishing village and today a haven for the yachting fraternity.
Conveniently placed a few hundred yards from the house is a post office and general store, also Ardbeg Bowling Green.
