Beautiful island location 30 minutes by car/passenger ferry from mainland terminal. Travelling there is a perfect pleasure in itself, arriving at a perfect base to experience the tranquility of island life.

Arriving at Rothesay, a few steps from the pier takes you to taxi rank, bus terminal and right into the heart of this lovely town dominated by its medieval castle overlooking the square and bustling harbour.

Prospect House is situated within its own grounds with private parking, on the sea front and commanding magnificent views across the bay. The complex stands one mile between Rothesay, the capital town, and Port Bannatyne, formerly a fishing village and today a haven for the yachting fraternity.

Conveniently placed a few hundred yards from the house is a post office and general store, also Ardbeg Bowling Green.
Apartment per full week is inclusive of central heating, hot water, bed linen and initial towels. £1 coin-operated meter for electricity. Communal laundry with automatic washer, dryer, also drying green. Prices from £320 -£460 per week
