Puffin Cottage is a new 4 Star (Scottish Tourist board) House in the picturesque setting with lovely rural views.The cottage is situated in the tiny hamlet of Torloisk, one of the most unspoilt and beautiful areas of the Isle of Mull. It is within four hundred yards of the seashore beyond a single track public road and fields. it is only a short walk to the scenic coastline including the famous black volanic sand beach.
It is just over 5 miles from the village of Dervaig where there is a shop, hotel and restaurant. Tobermory with a full range of restaurants and shops is a 15 mile drive.
Puffin cottage is an ideal situation for exploring this ruggedly beautiful region of one of Scotlands most scenic islands. Red Deer, Golden and white tailed Eagles, Seals and Otters are often seen in the Torloisk area.
The Cottage after a hard day out or just taking it easy provides a comfortable and cosy warm base for you holiday on Mull. The cottage has 1 double room with ensuite and two twin rooms. The house is well insulated and has oil central heating throughout along with a wood burning stove in the lounge. The price includes all fuel,electricity,Wi Fi, linen and towels.
Please note that Puffin Cottage is on a private water supply with all the necessary modern filtration in place. It is also non smoking and we do not accept pets.
