    Xmas and New Year Specials- only £350 per week, all incl. View the incredible winter skies through the picture window and watch the winter sun roll down Ward Hill and set between the Hills of Hoy. Be snug with its multi-fuel stove, modern amenities and central heating.
    Sleeping up to five people, it is an ideal place to relax and a great base to explore the nearby famous archaeological sites or just potter in Stromness or Kirkwall.

    Public Transport Directions

    From the nearest information centre:- Stromness T.I.C., take A965 out of Stromness for 2.5 miles then turn right on to A964. After about 0.5 mile you pass Outbrecks on the left. From Kirkwall T.I.C. go out of Broad Street on to Castle Street then right on to Junction Road. Follow signs for Stromness then turn left on to A964 for 0.5 mile, Outbrecks is on the left.

    Getting there by aeroplane:- From airport turn right to follow Kirkwall Road. As you enter the built up area turn left down the steep hill called Clay Loan. Turn right at the foot and continue to the roundabout. Turn left, pass Safeway on the left and on until you reach a T junction. Turn left. Follow A965 to Stromness. Continue until past Stenness village. Take A964 to Orphir on left. Continue for approximately 0.5 mile and you will pass Outbrecks.

    Getting there by ferry:- From the ferry terminal take A965 main Stromness/Kirkwall Road out of Stromness towards Stenness village. Take A964 to Orphir on right. After about 0.5 mile you pass Outbrecks on left.
