Cottage is ideally situated near to the conservation village of Gifford with 2 very good eating places, 2 shops and a post office. The nearby market town of Haddington provides many activities e.g swimming pool and tennis courts. There is an abundance of golf courses close by.
Easy access to Edinburgh, with many park and ride facilities nearby, and also only an hour from the Scottish Borders.

The surrounding area provides a wealth of attractions to suit all tastes, rural walks, magnificent coastlines and beaches as well as historic attractions, and even a working distillery. There are many golf courses to choose from including a 9 hole course within easy walking distance.
East Lothian is a gastronomic delight with many wonderful restaurants only a short drive away, or why not visit the farmers market and cook up your own favourites.
The garden is fully enclosed, and safe for dogs and children. A lawned area to the rear with plenty of space for children to play. A patio to the front with garden furniture and barbecue, for those long summer evenings.
