The cosy lounge features a log fire and the picture window looks out on to a panoramic view of the surrounding hillside. After a busy day sightseeing, you can relax and either enjoy the tranquillity of the location, listen to a CD, watch your favourite TV programme or, if you prefer, choose from the selection of  DVD's available. The large modern kitchen and utility room provide a wide range of modern amenities to ensure your stay is as comfortable and convenient as possible.

Standing in its own grounds, the cottage has a magnificent view towards the legendary Loch Ness and surrounding hillside. Beautiful walks, literally only minutes away, can be taken and deer and other wildlife can be viewed in its natural habitat. The impressive Divach Falls are just a 20 minutes stroll away.

Loch Ness Cottage is nestled just ½ mile from the picturesque village of Drumnadrochit, home of the Loch Ness Monster Exhibition. The village has a supermarket and a range of restaurants that meet a variety of tastes and pockets! Drumnadrochit is ideally situated for exploring the Highlands' stunning landscapes and popular centres such as Fort William (for Ben Nevis), Glen Affric (one of Scotland's most scenic glens), Fort Augustus, The Black Isle where dolphins can be viewed at Chanonry Point, plus much, much more.

The City of Inverness, The Capital of The Highlands, is just 15 miles away and is a thriving centre boasting all the popular High Street names, a theatre, multi-screen cinema complex, a well-equipped aquadome, ice rink and bowling alley plus, of course, a wide range of restaurants. Inverness stands on the banks of the river Ness and has much appeal to the sightseer. Steeped in history and historic buildings, it has its own cathedral and castle. The City has an international airport plus excellent rail links to major centres throughout the UK.
