9 miles from St Andrew and situated on the southern edge of a small village three miles from the coast, the cottage is surrounded by rolling countryside and lies in a central position of this traditional holiday area with its lovely beaches, picturesque fishing towns, coastal walks, historic places and famous golf courses.
Rinkmuir Cottage is situated in the village of Arncroach near Anstruther and has a South-Western aspect. The sun can be enjoyed from two patios (one for the morning, one for the afternoon) and in the sheltered garden. The cottage is semi-detached to the cottage we (a Scottish/German family) live in. The interior is modern with sanded wooden floors throughout. The rooms are light, comfortably and tastefully furnished comprising dining/living room with a wood burning stove, double bedroom, kitchen and bathroom with shower over bath. There is private parking beside the cottage.
The cottage is equipped with electric cooker + 2 ovens, microwave, washing machine, fridge + freezer compartment, digital TV with DVD player, digital Radio, MP3 docking station, hairdryer and iron + board. Cot & high chair are available. Laptops can access the internet from the cottage.
The owners are a Scottish/German couple and live in the cottage next to Rinkmuir.
