Riverside Log Cabins spread along the bank of the River Earn, each with its own river frontage, a mile from Loch Earn and in an area of outstanding natural beauty offer an excellent base for a Scottish holiday in rural Perthshire
Each cabin has 3 bedrooms (with beds made up), dining room/kitchen and lounge opening onto a veranda with seating overlooking the river. They are tastefully furnished and carpeted throughout. The kitchens are fully equipped with cooker, microwave and dish washer. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available for guests use.
The lounge has 32inch colour TV, DVD, video, CD and radio. Bathrooms have bath and power shower
The cabins are maintained to a high standard of decor and cleanliness under the personal supervision of the owners.
Garden seats and picnic benches have been provided at each cabin so that a relaxed glass of wine, outdoor meal or barbeque can be enjoyed with only the ducks for company. Across the river the view is of sheep grazing in fields and to the hills beyond. There is ample parking.
Situated at the start of The Highlands, and on the edge of The Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park, but within 1 ½ hours of Edinburgh, Glasgow, St. Andrews, Oban and the West Coast, amid splendid scenery and with a wealth of local wildlife. Ideal base for touring all of Scotland.
Splendid walking for all abilities, golf to any standard, fishing on loch, river or fish farm, riding, and water sports on Loch Earn, are all nearby. Many tourist, gardening, children's, historic and cultural attractions. Good restaurants and pubs in local villages.
