• Highchair Available - A Cot and High Chair are provided at £7 each per let for guests use
• Outdoor Play Area - The cabins sit on the bank of the gently flowing River Earn and there is a wooded area for children to play.

• Dishwasher - The cabins are equipped with dishwashers and dish washing tablets are supplied.
• Electric Cooker - An electric hob and oven are fitted , together with an extractor hood over the hob
• Freezer - All cabins are fitted with a Fridge/freezer.
• Fuel Charge - An electricity charge is payable on departure based on the meter reading before arrival and on departure.
• Heating Throughout Property - The cabins are heated electrically. There is a charge for electricity payable on departure.
• Iron Available - Each cabin is equipped with an iron and an ironing table.
• Laundry Facilities on Complex - A Washing Machine and Tumble Dryer is available for guests use. A key is provided to access the facilities
• Linen Provided - Beds are made up for guests arrival.
• Microwave - Each cabin has a microwave.
• Shower - A Power Shower is fitted over the bath
• Towel Charge - Towels are available at £4 per person per let.
• Tumble Dryer - A Washing Machine and Tumble Dryer are provided for guests' use. A key is provided to allow access.
• Washing Machine - A washing machine is available in the office for which guests have a key.

• Cabin - The cabins are constructed of whole Logs, are double glazed, insulated and well maintained.
• Self Catering Holiday - We provide an initial supply of toilet paper, and washing up liquid, cleaning cloths, dishwasher tablets , vacuum cleaner etc.
