Rocklea is a log house standing in its own grounds extending to nearly five acres above the shoreline of Gruinard Bay with an uninterrupted view across the bay towards Gruinard Island and beyond.
There is private access to the beach and canoes are provided for tenants. The house is fully insulated and centrally heated and accommodates five in three bedrooms - a double, a single and a twin bedroom. The open plan sitting room/kitchen/dining room has an open hearth fire and in addition to the bathroom there is a separate toilet. The house also benefits from digital television, a video and DVD player, a wifi system, and wheelchair access.
Wester Ross provides opportunities for climbing , walking, fishing, and boating and Laide is an ideal location from which to visit the perfume factory at Mellon Charles, Inverewe Garden, Gruinard Bay, the golf course at Gairloch or to go pony trekking at Flowerdale.
