Overlooking the lochs of Greshornish and Snizort with views to the Western Isles, Ros Muire provides an ideal base to explore Northern and Central Skye (and beyond).
Situated 12 miles from the islands capital Portree, and 10 miles from Dunvegan it is set in a peaceful landscape. Ros Muire is a modern, well appointed bungalow set in six and a half acres of croft land. Enjoy walks amongst stunning scenery from the doorstep. There is a range of wildlife including seals, otters, dolphins, herons and eagles within the vicinity. The area is steeped in history and myth. Explore the lost abandoned villages, the Fairy Bridge, Duntulm Castle, Trumpan Church or visit the seat of the Macleod family at Dunvegan Castle. Inspired by the scenery around them there are a number of artists who display their work; discover them on an arts and crafts trail. There really is something for everyone. Let us help you make your visit to Skye a memorable one. We look forward to welcoming you to Ros Muire. At Ros Muire we have two double bedrooms, each with its own shower en-suite.
