The Castle, Holyrood Palace and the new Scottish Parliament are all within 20 minutes walk. Nearby is the Edinburgh University Conference Centre at Pollock halls and the Royal college of Surgeons is 10 mins. away. The new Edinburgh Royal Infirmary hospital at Little france is 7 mins. by bus. Cosy resident only lounge bar, unrestricted street parking. Superb Scottish breakfast included in tariff. Also great vegetarian option. Excellent location for golfing/touring.
