This spacious second floor flat is located close to the heart of Edinburgh - bus and train station only five minute taxi ride away.
There is a large fully equipped kitchen including a dining area-seating 6. The flat has two bedrooms and single box room with bedding and towels included. Sofa bed in lounge and free Wi-Fi broadband and cable TV. Cot, highchair and toys for children and Xbox for games and DVD's make this a real home from home accommodation. There is a recently refurbished bathroom with shower over the bath. The flat also boasts double-glazing and central heating throughout with utility charges included in rate. This property overall offers ideal lodgings for a family or group of friends.
We accept bookings for a minimum of two nights with reduced rates for children. We do not have fixed arrival dates but only take bookings for weekly stays during the high season, Festival and New Year dates unless availability last minute.
