The cottage is fully equipped, sleeps two people and is located in a private spot in the grounds of the owners property, a former church manse. It takes its name from the days when it was used as the meeting place of the Rover Scouts.
Welcome to Rovers Den, our new 4 star holiday cottage set in open farmland on the edge of the village, overlooking the Earn Valley and Moncrieffe Hill. The views from the cottage are beautiful and reflect the changing colours of the seasons.

The cottage is fully equipped, sleeps two people and is located in a private spot in the grounds of the owners property, a former church manse. It takes its name from the days when it was used as the meeting place of the Rover Scouts.

Accommodation: Kitchen/dining/sitting room with door to garden. Double balcony bedroom, separate shower room. Exterior: deck areas for sitting out, with garden furni-ture. Private entrance and parking.

Services: Central heating, bed linen and towels included in rent. Electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, colour TV, DVD, CD player.

Availability: Available all year for weekly lets and short breaks. Prices range from £270 to £415 per week and include bed linen, towels and heating.

Some of the best things about your stay will be that you can choose to do so many of the activities and visits which are available in this part of Scot-land, or you can just relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings and lovely views of the hills and farms.

There are dozens of visitor attractions all within ½ hour including castles and distilleries; museums, art galleries and theatres; concerts and festivals as well as the glorious countryside on your doorstep to explore. Full details are available in the cottage and we can give you tips to help you discover any of these attractions. We can also offer to collect you from either Perth or Edinburgh [ airport]. To make your arrival a little bit special, we will leave a small welcome pack which will include enough for that first cup of tea, freshly baked bread and local biscuits!
