Royal Gardens Holiday Villas are situated in an absolutely perfect position within Stirling's historic King's Park area. The Stirling Smith Art Gallery & Museum is immediately next door (café and gardens in addition to museum). The renowned Stirling Golf Club (Visitors welcome) is immediately across the street. For Golfers other more famous golf courses are within easy reach of Stirling, most notably Gleneagles (20 minutes drive); Muirfield, St Andrews, Carnoustie and Loch Lomond all approximately one hour's drive. Spectacular views of Stirling Castle are available from many rooms within the apartments and the Castle can be visited on foot only 10 minutes walk away. The former historic gardens of Stirling Castle, 'The King's Knot' are situated on Royal Gardens directly opposite the property. All the facilities of the City Centre (shops, restaurants, railway station, bus station etc. are 5 minutes walk away. Other tourist attractions which are also immediately accessible on foot include Stirling Old Town Jail. Stirling is the gateway to the Highlands and affords easy access to Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park.
Royal Gardens Holiday Villas have recently been refurbished to a very high standard bringing a contemporary finish to a fascinating historic building. Internally, the apartments incorporate dramatic architectural features. Examples include a finely preserved example of a Victorian cupola ceiling within Flat 1, which provides a unique dining experience; and original finely preserved parquet flooring in Flat 2. Uninterrupted views from the apartments are unrivalled within the City. Secure off street, garaged car parking is also available. The accommodation is usually booked on a self catering basis but B&B (bed and breakfast) is also available on request by prior arrangement. There are a choice of eating establishments within a 1 mile radius of the apartments including Scottish and International restaurants and hotels.
