This city centre apartment is located in a traditional tenement building on the first floor. There is a secure entry system to access the building.
 
The apartments boasts two double bedrooms which can accommodate 4 guests comfortably. There is also a double blow up bed available for an extra 2 guests at £10 per per night.
 
A lounge/dining room is equipped with dining table and seating. The room consists of settee arm chairs and window seat. A fully kitchen with fridge/freezer, Oven, Microwave, Washing Machine and Dishwasher. A full sized bathroom with shower over bath completes the apartment.
 
The apartment is in the heart of Edinburgh's Old Town. Everything Edinburgh is famous for is on your doorstep. Castle, Holyrood Palace, Museums, Ghosts Tours, Bars and Restaurant. As well as having more history than you could dream of the ROYAL MILE has wonderful bars, restaurants, cafes etc.
 
The Main train station and airport terminal is 5 minutes walk from the apartment, bus station is also just a 10 minute walk.
 
Normal check in starts at 2pm and check out is 11am. Depending on other bookings these times can be flexible. Guests will be met at the apartment on arrival.
 
A refundable security deposit of £150.00 will be paid to the owner when booking this apartment. The balance is due in full 6 weeks prior to arrival. Please note this this is a residential building and is not suitable for stag/hen parties. The Apartment is also non smoking.
