Built in 1864 by the 8th Duke of Argyll for Duncan McLullich, his Procurator Fiscal, later occupied by the Duke's niece, Lady Elspeth Campbell, before being requisitioned by the Admiralty during the war years when the Loch Fyne shores were used for naval training.

It is a fine Victorian house in the town of Inveraray on the west coast of Scotland overlooking Loch Fyne and has been extensively refurbished to provide exceptional and luxurious 4* Guest House accommodation. The town centre is only a short stroll along the lochside and offers a variety of visitor attractions and places to shop and eat. Enjoy a visit to the castle, historic jail, or maritime museum with a discount voucher available for our guests.
