Our 1930 traditional bungalow of great character and charm is located just 1 mile
( 1 1/2 km. ) , 15 minutes walk from princes Street's West End in the heart of the city of Edinburgh. Relax and enjoy the blend of quality accommodation in a quiet reserved residential area yet only a short walk to the hub of all the cities attractions and yet be within easy access to bus, rail and air travel terminals. John and Maureen are pleased to help you with all your sightseeing and travel guidance.
All rooms are en-suite, decorated to high standards and include, T.V., tea / coffee making, ironing press, hail dryer, mini-frig and shoe cleaning etc.
Breakfast is prepared to order individually and to suit all tastes.
Full Scottish breakfast, vegetarian and special diets in our traditional and comfortable wood panelled dining room is served with silver plated cutlery and fine bone china tableware.
Car parking is available on the stone driveway .
