This is a central base for exploring Shetland, bird watching, walking, loch and sea fishing. A traditional house situated in a peaceful and quiet location with spectacular sunsets and sea views. Completely refurbished to a high standard. Very comfortable accommodation with everything you need to enjoy your stay. This is a central base for exploring Shetland, bird watching, walking, loch and sea fishing.A new sun porch to relax in at the front of the house ensures beautiful views, spectacular sunsets and nature/birds around the house. Ideal central location for touring, walking, birdwatching and fishing. Close to all local amenities in Aith. Accommodation consists of three bedrooms upstairs - one with king size bed and two twin bedrooms. Upstairs shower room has a large walk in shower, toilet and sink. Downstairs bathroom has a sink, toilet and shower over the bath. Fully equipped kitchen with dining table. Cosy lounge with leather suite, TV/DVD/Video, utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and deep freeze. All bed linen and towels supplied. A Welcome Pack is provided on your arrival and consists of home baking and Shetland products. Shetland soap products are provided in both bathrooms. The property is heated throughout by oil central heating which also heats the water. All heating costs are included in the price. Cot and high chair available on request. There is a private driveway with parking right outside. There is a garden bench and table to enjoy the garden and outdoors.The beautiful waterfall Ramnahol at East Burrafirth is only 10 minutes walk away. Local boat trips can be organised from the Aith marina for trips and/or sea fishing. There are a good selection of Shetland books, maps, a variety of Shetland music CDs and DVDs, leaflets on tourist attractions and events.
