Seabird Mews is a 3 bedroom maisonette with private parking and near the beach, town centre, train to Edinburgh. For golf enthusiasts, it is minutes from the West Links Course and 4 miles from Muirfield – home to The Open Championship 2013.

FIRST FLOOR: Truly stunning is its light and airy open-plan, fully modernized kitchen, dining area and sitting room with vaulted ceiling and two balconies, one facing the Firth of Forth for eating al fresco and the other south-facing overlooking the patio garden. The kitchen features an island design for cooking and dining convenience, fully equipped with integrated SMEG appliances (gas hob with extractor hood, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer). Our dining table comfortably seats 6 people. The sitting room area includes two sofas and an entertainment centre with BT Vision cable and wireless network, 32" flat screen TV, CD, video and DVD player. We also provide a selection of films and books.
GROUND FLOOR: The front door opens into a spacious inner porch/cloakroom suitable for storing golf bags, bicycles and other sporting equipment. A second door opens into the entrance hall, staircase to the open-plan sitting room/kitchen, and passageway leading to the bedrooms, family bathroom and utility room (basin, SMEG washer-dryer).
Bedrooms: 3 bedrooms with spacious built-in wardrobes and sleeping five guests (1 queen, 2 twins, 1 single). The queen bedroom opens onto a decked patio with teak garden furniture and Weber grill for barbequing. The carpeted master bedroom with two twins is complemented by an en-suite bathroom and access to a sunroom-office, separated by sliding French doors. The carpeted single bedroom with dressing table overlooks the patio.
Bathrooms: 2, including an en-suite shower/WC and larger family bathroom with separate shower, bathtub. Both rooms are fitted with a Hans Grohe thermostatic mixer, Villeroy & Boch fixtures, and mirrored vanity unit/basin with storage space.
Office: This large sunny room is accessible via the twin bedroom and comes equipped with a desk, office supplies, and a Sony CD player/DAB radio with IPOD docking station.
