Note 1 - Fife coast tourist route signs are brown with a blue herald.
Note 2 - Many road numbers are marked on the road at roundabouts.
Note 3 - As you drive under the M90 onto A921 the land to your left (now commercial units) and north was the site of the battle of Pitreavie/ Inverkeithing in 1651 between Charles II and the Royalists and Cromwell's army involving over 10,000 troops and a defeat for Charles II, leading to the battle of Worcester and Charles II exile to France.

Getting there by railway:- BY TRAIN Inverkeithing is a main line station and a short taxi trip approximately 10 minutes. All long distance trains stop at Inverkeithing

Getting there by aeroplane:- FROM EDINBURGH AIRPORT approximately 20-30 minute taxi ride depending on traffic.

BY HIRE CAR take a left onto Edinburgh road. Keep in left lane to roundabout. Do not go under the roundabout Take first exit still in left lane to traffic lights to Barnton A902, garage on your right. Follow this in left lane to Barnton intersection filter left and follow signs to Roth Road Bridge A90. Exit M90 at Junction 1 marked Fife Coastal Tourist route and Inverkeithing Dalgety Bay A921, take the third exit onto Tourist route follow A921 continue to Dalgety Bay. Turn right at St David's Harbour sign (3rd exit) onto Harbour Drive. BP Garage on left. At the last roundabout turn right onto Spinnaker Way, do not go under the arch. 41 Spinnaker Way is the second last building on left.
