Overview

We have two beautiful fully equipped cottages available
The Gardeners Cottage is a 2 bedroom traditional cottage sleeping up to 6 people with a bathroom and shower room. The 2 bedrooms sleep 4 and there is a double sofa bed within the lounge. Each bedroom can be equipped with one king sized bed or two singles if required. The large open living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting room keeps eating and relaxing together a central feature in a cosy room. The sitting room is equipped with sofabed, LCD TV, DVD player, Wii console and a feature fireplace with woodburning stove. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances including toaster, Microwave, Dishwasher and Washing machine. Outside is a private garden with patio area at the rear allowing for alfresco dining. And a decked area to the front,

The Keepers Cottage is a 3 bedroom traditional cottage sleeping up to 8 people. It has 3 double bedrooms (1 ensuite), shower room and a double sofa bed within the sitting room. Each bedroom can be equipped with one king sized bed or two singles if required. The large fully equipped kitchen and eating area makes it ideal for families or groups of friends to relax and eat meals together whilst away on holiday. There is a large sitting room with sofa, LCD TV, DVD player, Wii console and feature fireplace with woodburning stove. Outside is a private garden with patio area also allowing for alfresco dining. There is even a covered outdoor area a "sitouterie" a Scottish word for summer house.
Both cottages and the sitouterie are fully heated by a newly installed wood chip boiler
