Overview

All rooms are large and airy, it retains many of the original features including cornicing and stain glass windows, it is a Grade II listed terrace, which looks on to a small park area to the front of the house. We have a two star Guest House rating, which has been more than comfortably retained and has recently been upgraded in decor and carpeting. It is situated in a quiet residential area, exactly one mile east of the city centre with excellent road and rail links to the city centre. The local railway station is some 300 yards from the house and takes about 4 minutes to reach the city centre. With trains running every 10 minutes to the city centre. We offer easy access both to Strathclyde and Caledonia University.

We offer a warm friendly welcome, there is free parking with no restrictions at any time. All rooms come equipped with wash-hand basin, tea/coffee making facilities in all rooms, colour T.V. and all linen is supplied. A full Scottish Breakfast is also included in the price of the room and evening meals can be provided with prior arrangement.

We are ideally situated with easy acccess to the city centre, and 3 minutes from the M8 motorway link to the south, Edinburgh, and the Highlands. Glasgow Royal Infirmary is within walking distance as are the oldest house in Glasgow, the Religious Musuem which houses the Daly of Christ of Saint John and Glasgow Cathedral.

We are also less than one mile from the Merchant City which offers excellent restaurants and nightlife for both the young and old.

Children are made most welcome and reduced rates are offerd for children sharing a room with their parents.
