Traditional croft house at the edge of a coastal village. Two minutes from south Harris beaches. Completely renovated, Seven Borve is spacious, light, warm and cosy.

Close to the hills and Atlantic beaches, Seven Borve is the ideal base to explore Harris throughout the year. Recently renovated to the highest standards, this stone-built house is roomy, well-equipped and ideal for all seasons. The house has a large family room, a cosy sitting room (with open fire) and an open, modern kitchen with a solid-fuel stove. There is plenty of separate storage for outdoor clothing and equipment as well as a utility room with washing and drying facilities and a larder. The three comfortable double/twin bedrooms are perfect for a good night's rest and there are two brand-new bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower. Freesat TV and WiFi are also available.

Road Directions

Seven Borve is on the A859 between Leverburgh and Tarbert in the village of Borve. There is off-road parking for two cars.

Public Transport Directions

From the nearest information centre:- Twenty minutes drive on the A859 by bus or car from Tarbert TIC.

Getting there by aeroplane:- One hour and 15 minutes drive from Stornoway Airport (bus or car) with direct flights to Inverness, Edinburgh and Glasgow.

Getting there by ferry:- The quickest connection to the mainland is via Uig in Skye which sails to Tarbert (see CalMac ferries). Berneray to Leverburgh is ideal if you are exploring the Uists. Alternatively you can sail from Ullapool to Stornoway.
