The cottage is situated between Edinburgh and Glasgow at the centre of the motorway network for Central Scotland. For example Edinburgh is 45 minutes, Glasgow 20 minutes, Stirling 35 minutes, Perth 1hour by car making Shawlee an excellent base for a touring vacation.
