Sitting in idyllic surroundings, with exclusive views of the Sma' Glen, this attractive, century-old stone cottage offers a base for exploring the stunning rural Perthshire countryside or even just a retreat from city-life.
On its own nestled and elevated on the side of the Glen, set in a third of an acre of enclosed garden, the cottage benefits from a secluded patio area to the side, with furniture (to relax and eat al fresco with the sound of the waterfall) and superb frontal views down the Glen.
The cottage is ideally suited for touring the highlands, visiting Scottish cities, walking, fishing, canoeing, riding, shooting or skiing.
