Overview

A former working smiddy, dating back over 100 years, the property has recently been refurbished and offers spacious and comfortable accommodation.

Pitlochry is just 7 miles away and boasts a great number of shops, cafes and restaurants. Pitlochry is also home to the Festival Theatre, offering a number of plays and concerts throughout the season, Pitlochry dam and salmon ladder and just outside Pitlochry, Edradour distillery - Scotland's smallest distillery.
1Large sitting room/kitchen which is 20ft by 21ft, with a newly fitted kitchen. Which has a dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, fridge and microwave with ample other kitchen essentials. Comfortable seating area with reclining chair and a large four seater couch. Dining table that seat four plus a breakfast bar. Television/ radio with freesat and a DVD player. We also supply an Ipod docking station so as you can listen to your own choice of music. Bookcase with a selection of reading materials. The sittingroom/kitchen looks out a large patio door with panoramic views of the surrounding hills.

UTILITY ROOM

Large utility room which holds a deep freeze, sink, ironing board, iron washing machine and drying facilities. It also has ample room to store suitcases, golfing equipment ect. Picnic basket is also available.

The bedroom has beds that can be made up as a double or a twin. Pleased advise your choice when booking.
