Solbrekke is an ideal B&B for exploring the south mainland. The accommodation comprises of two double bedrooms. In Sandwick you will find the local shop and post office, The Hoswick Visitor Centre which includes a cafe and also the South Mainland Swimming Pool. There are many visitor attractions to be seen in the south mainland area - Sumburgh Head and RSPB Nature Reserve, Jarlshof Prehistoric and Norse Settlement at Sumburgh, Old Scatness Dig, Quendale Water Mill, Croft House Museum at Boddam and St. Ninians Isle at Bigton. To enjoy the south mainland coastline you can walk, cycle, drive or go by bus.
