Conveniently situated on the south side of the city, this charming guest house is located on a quiet side street yet is only a two minute walk to the main road where several buses are available to speed you into the town centre.
We provide freshly cooked full Scottish breakfasts so you are well prepared to explore the 1000 years of history that awaits you on our doorstep. Take in Edinburgh Castle, Holyrood Palace and the historic Royal Mile. Then visit the Royal Yacht Britannia, Edinburgh Zoo or the Royal Botanic Gardens. If your need is for a little retail therapy then Edinburgh has its very own exclusive department store, Jenners, now competing with the new kid on the block Harvey Nichols.
The rooms are all en suite, most with a bath and shower. They are centrally heated and well appointed. Due to demand all are now Non Smoking! We offer excellent value for money, allowing people to make the most of their holiday budget.
