THERE ARE 2 LARGE, HEXAGONAL SHAPED EN SUITE B & B ROOMS; ONE WITH A KING SIZED BED AND THE OTHER WITH TWIN BEDS.BOTH ROOMS ARE REAR FACING , VERY QUIET AND OPEN OUT ONTO THE PATIO AND LANDSCAPED GARDEN .THE EN SUITES BOTH HAVE DOUBLE WIDTH SHOWER COMPARTMENTS, POWER SHOWERS AND A GREAT SELECTION OF TOILETRIES AND FLUFFY TOWELS.
GUESTS ALSO HAVE THE USE OF A LOVELY, QUIET SITTING ROOM , EQUIPPED WITH TV, BOOKS AND GAMES AND FROM THERE THEY CAN MAKE USE OF THE NEWLY BUILT SUNNY CONSERVATORY WHICH ALSO IS AT THE REAR OF THE HOUSE AND HAS FRENCH DOORS TO THE GARDEN AND SEATING AREA.
THE DINING ROOM IS AT THE FRONT OF THE HOUSE , OVERLOOKING THE PRIVATE GARDEN AND THE TOWN OF ANSTRUTHER AND THE FIRTH OF FORTH BEYOND THAT – A VERY PLEASANT WAY TO START THE DAY.
