Cameras in birds nests and boxes in the garden linked to your TV. Overlooking the RSPB Insh Marshes Bird Reserve. Surrounded by Swallows and Lapwings, just l mile from the Highland village of Kingussie, 12 miles south of Aviemore set in 2-acres with a large tree lined garden.
High open ceiling with wooden beams in the lounge, open plan modern kitchen and dining area. Patio doors lead out onto a deck with furniture & BBQ. Open views to the mountains.
If you are interested in bird life this is the place to be! 1 mile from bird hide. Your own 'Springwatch' as cameras in nests and boxes are linked to your TV.
